Plain language

Plain-language summary

The short version before the detailed policy notes: inputs support recipe guidance, account history may preserve outputs, and current policy/support channels remain the source for storage, provider, and deletion details.

What users upload

Source stills, optional references, creative intent, and workflow context supplied for a recipe run.

What uploads are used for

Generating diagnosis, reference mood interpretation, recipe guidance, and output UI.

What may be stored

Analysis records, uploaded image records, generated recipes, usage records, and account history when the product stores them.

Where details live

Privacy, terms, product boundaries, and support remain the current references for policy-specific questions.

Portable output

The copy-friendly recipe text can be kept in notes, client docs, or Resolve workflow checklists.

Detailed sections

Details by workflow stage.

Inputs, processing, storage/history, policy references, and portability stay separated so the page reads like an operating guide.

01 / 02

Inputs

What a recipe run can receive and why those inputs stay attached to the recipe workflow.

What you upload

A recipe run can include visual inputs, written intent, and workflow context supplied by the user.

  • Source/hero stills.
  • Optional reference stills.
  • Creative intent text.
  • Workflow context and node tree details if provided.

What uploads are used for

Uploaded inputs support the recipe artifact, not automatic grade application.

  • Generating diagnostics.
  • Understanding reference mood, palette, contrast, and atmosphere.
  • Building a grading recipe.
  • Rendering recipe/output UI and preserving history when the product stores it.
03

Processing

How recipe generation may involve configured model/provider processing without implying automatic grade application.

Model/provider processing

Recipe generation may use configured AI/model providers to analyze uploaded stills, text, and context.

  • Provider processing supports recipe generation, not automatic grade application.
  • Provider details and policy language should be confirmed in the current product policy and support channels.
  • Do not assume uploads remain only inside LookRecipe infrastructure unless the current policy says so.
04 / 05

Storage and history

What may be stored for account history and where retention/deletion policy still needs final review.

What is stored

LookRecipe stores analysis records and recipe history to provide your account history and allow you to reopen results.

  • Uploaded image records and generated recipe output may be stored for account history.
  • Account and usage records support plan limits, history, and support.
  • The public page does not invent storage guarantees beyond the current product copy.

Retention and deletion

Retention and deletion details should be checked in the current product policy or through support.

  • Users can request deletion through support at hello@lookrecipe.ai.
  • Exact retention windows are not promised on this page.
  • Client-sensitive workflows should review current policy language before upload.
07 / 08

Policy and portability

Where to find policy references, support paths, and the copy-friendly recipe artifact.

Export and portability

The copy-friendly recipe is the portable artifact: you can keep recipe text outside the app for notes, client docs, or Resolve workflow checklists.

  • Copy-friendly recipe export is supported as recipe text.
  • The recipe is the portable artifact.
  • This does not include LUT, DRX, or PowerGrade export.

Privacy/contact support

For current policy language, read the privacy and terms pages and contact support for specific deletion or data-handling questions.

  • Support contact: hello@lookrecipe.ai.
  • Privacy and terms pages remain the current policy references.
  • Review current privacy/terms or contact support before client-sensitive uploads.

Training policy / policy status

This page avoids unsupported no-training, fixed retention, compliance, or certification claims.

  • This page avoids unsupported no-training claims.
  • This page avoids compliance badges or enterprise security claims that are not documented.
  • Current copy is plain-language product guidance and points users to policy/support for specific questions.

Use the policy trail before sensitive uploads.

LookRecipe creates explainable grading guidance from uploaded stills and context. Review the boundaries, policy pages, and example output before choosing the plan depth that fits your work.

Portable artifact
