Cancellation stops future subscription renewal through Stripe Customer Portal once billing is enabled. Access timing after cancellation follows the active subscription and Stripe billing state.
Beta refunds are handled case-by-case via support at hello@lookrecipe.ai. Users should contact support for billing questions before purchasing if they need a specific refund commitment.
